I had a screen like that in my truck, then I decided to put a 40" and a 30" light bar set up behind the grille. Screen no longer fits. Back to cleaning bugs out of my radiator.

Same here. The 40" wasn't the issue, the 30" in the grille was and I actually paid for the DBS one and ended up giving it away. Wonder if a half size one would work?

I may try to make another one but that 30" in the grille really gets in the way.

I have a 30" radius LED mounted to the grill support arms. The bug screen fits nicely behind it. I can't see how a 40" mounted below, would get in the way either. As for the screen itself, yes, it works well, it keeps the radiator clean and working the way it should. Thanks Tyler.
