I didn’t feel like shelling out $300 for Builtright Industries bulkhead rail so I made my own.

My work has tons of this 80/20 extrusion so I just cut down a 65” piece and 3d printed some custom brackets out of ASA.

I don’t know how the durability will be over time, but I was able to put my whole 200lb ass standing on it without issue.

Nice. You should think about selling it. Seems the 3rd party suppliers stuff is priced...well, very high for what you actually get. Example, those fender lights they sell for $150 have about $1 worth of LED lights (wholesale).

Looks good, I built a PVC rack to transport the bicycles a long time ago and its been really nice. Haven't tried it in the Raptor yet but I'm sure I won't be able to close the tailgate lol.

I'm willing to sell the brackets if enough people are interested. The aluminum extrusion is relatively cheap too. You could probably get away with a 2x4 as well.
