I didn’t feel like shelling out $300 for Builtright Industries bulkhead rail so I made my own.
My work has tons of this 80/20 extrusion so I just cut down a 65” piece and 3d printed some custom brackets out of ASA.
I don’t know how the durability will be over time, but I was able to put my whole 200lb ass standing on it without issue.
