Really, Ok this is news to me.
I've seen discussions years ago on here on why some can do donuts all day long and others cannot and some can power brake and others can't.

My truck has always rev'd to redline even when it was brand new from the factory. I had heard about the 3500 limit and was surprised that mine didn't have it.

Mine didn't have it either brand new and didn't have it for four Whipple Tunes revisions until this latest Ford/Whipple Tune I did last year.

I guess when I get my springs and driveshaft together I'll have to go with the Whipple SCT Tune or something.

Why did you go thru so many tune revisions? Did you do it yourself or did you have to take it somewhere?

I believe I'm the second or third Raptor running the streets Whippled and there have been revisions.
And I used to have 63 lbs. injectors and now I'm using the 47 lbs. I may go with the new 60 lbs. and SCT Tune.

Sorry Huck for hi-jacking

I've got just over 500 miles on the deavers so far, they are 2x as plush as the nationals from the "my ass scale" the nationals I had the sd's and the hd's both were hard all like prom ****.

They are plush to the point that now the fox 3.0" fronts seem stuff. Which leads me to investigate dual fronts and softer springs.

No sagging yet. Everything is still at the same spec as installed.

Bringing this bitch back around to the topic at hand....

I'm wondering how the deavers can be softer but not suffer from sagging issues after a year or so of use.

Different material?
Spring pack design?

Different leaf pack design. I'll snap all kinds of photos when marks arrive.

I've also heard we should be lubing these spring packs at least once a year for general maintenece, has anyone does so? I was going to spray some WD40 silicone on my spring, by letting the sag down and getting the lube in between the leafs.

And I have the national HDs and zero sag and ride great on a screw. I have to add my two cents, i think the HDs will ride better on the SCrews better then the SCabs because the SCrew is about 200lbs heavier, so that almost the recommended 500lbs load needed for the HDs sweet spot.

another question i have is regarding the drp shackle, i have the ones from SDHQ and I'd like to put them on the lower the rear just a bit, but i'm curious how much distance i need from the strike pad to the bump stop. Anyone know? Anyone have measurements of the distance between the bump and the pad?
