SVRT will only help mask very minor scratches. I do not know how to fix major ones. I have seen a body shop use a heat gun to soften the plastic a little and try to smooth it out, but I have not tried this myself.

Maybe Dylan @AdamsPolishes can give some advice, his Raptor may have come with some scratches on the plastic.

@TheWolf is right. SVRT might help hide some minor scuffs and scratches, but for major ones you're not going to see much improvement. The heat gun trick works some of the time, but more often than not it changes the texture of the surrounding area to a degree that you have a bigger issue than just a scratch.
