It’s always good to give the vehicle a once over after service. As @jabroni619 pointed out, the oil change can be a messy affair on the Rap, and you probably had a bunch of accumulated old oil on the skid plate area.

Contact the dealer, get pictures, take it in and have them correct the problem, right down to cleaning the oil off the truck underneath - so you can tell if you do actually develop a leak some time down the road - not from this, that’s very unlikely.

my 1st oil change. Read post #154 >> https://www.fordraptorforum.com/threads/first-oil-change-tips-tricks.54466/page-16

So I had my first oil change on my new 2020 raptor. I went full synthetic and to a very reputable dealership.

everything went great, people were nice quick and easy no problem.

Then I was drive 3 days later on the highway and heard a really weird wind noise, almost like the wind was blowing really hard. I pulled over at a rest stop and checked under and round my truck Nothing seemed out of place.

I kept driving 4-5 miles down the road at 75mph I heard and felt a metal piece let go and bounce along the road and the underneath of my truck. I then saw a metal piece fly out behind me under my truck. I pulled over and could not tell what it was, I looked everywhere but did not crawl under my truck on the I-495.
Now as I am driving the wind noise is gone, when I got home I looked and the dealership must not have screwed the oil drain access slid plate down well enough, it was gone no screws just the nut locks.

WTF!!!

Also had oil all down the under neither of may truck, I check the dipstick and it reads normal, I wonder what the **** happened. I have appt with the service manager tomorrow. I am not a happy camper.

I also recently took mine in for a first oil change at 3k miles. I also asked that the tires be rebalanced. When I got home afterwards I was missing a bolt, had 2 broken u-nuts, weights on the wheels that weren't clearing the calipers and my wheels were all scratched up where they pried off the old weights.

Once I pointed it out to my Service Advisor and the Shop Foreman they took care of all of it. Even repowdercoated my wheels for me. I wasn't happy, but felt like they went above and beyond to make it right, and they kept me as a customer for that.

those screw's threads are crazy tight on that access plate so they must have put them on about 1 turn.

Just go use some of the Tp that you hoarded up at Costco and wipe the oil from underneath your truck. No problem

They usually have the lowest paid workers do the oil change which isn't an excuse but many times they really don't care much if at all.

It's why I always do my own oil change and rotate my own tires so that it's done correctly.
