It is safe but will void your warranty if you put more than 20% in. maybe! if they can prove it was e-30 I've never had a problem with it in any engine.

it will not screw up your engine IMO e-30 is better than e-10 and e-85! any thing over e-50 I'd be concerned becose of the higher octane. Keep it under 50% in non flex
warranty wise you can only use up to e-19.9 but I have CAI and a tuner with headers so I'm not worried about warranty. I have used e-30 for 15 years never had an issue with it.

I'll stick with normal e10 or Premium. Like I said, they don't have e30 where I am anyways.

I'll tell the dealer to make sure and put premium in it, since technically its my financed money they are using.

What? The $1195 Destination and Delivery doesn't cover gas? Personally that charge is getting way too high.

What's E30?

It's like when UPS or FedEx charge a "fuel surcharge fee". I thought that was part of the shipping cost!

Wilson, you're probably going to disagree, but I have the best apparent performance and best measured fuel economy with non-ethanol, 100% gasoline fuel. I've proven the mileage claim to myself over and over, given the 40K on the clock, and I am dead certain of that claim.

Unfortunately the gas station where I've been buying my fuel has eliminated all ethanol-free fuel except premium grade priced 50 cents higher than what I used to pay for regular non-ethanol. So I went down the street and bought Chevron regular e-10 and realized a reduction in my fuel economy of 1.2 mpg. I'm going to have to find another source for reasonably priced non-ethanol regular.

Shoot with E85 there is a 25% reduction but that is for a different thread and different forum since we don't have the flexfuel trucks here.

I agree I've never said e-10 rocks try e-15 if you do an awnest run you should see better mpg but I use e-30. And know its better than e-10.
