My truck at 19k miles had iwe issues and dealership thought it has something to do with the transmission so they took 28 days to figure out the problem. I was without my car making payment for one month on it without even driving it. No loaner provided. Shit they said you gotta pay at enterprise and get your self a loaner. Pissed the **** out of me that day.
This current month I have had it towed 3 times for transmission oil leak.
This is today when I was about to leave for work my whole driveway was full of red pinkish fluid.

I mean you spend so much money and yet you don't have the solution to problems. It's better to go with some other manufacturer where you get better service, better product for your money.

That blows!!! Does your truck have the plastic oil pan? I fortunately have a good truck but have been provided bad service by a dealer that could care less.

I work for a Ford dealer in Indiana and specialize in the Raptors. I just want to say, this is disgusting and absolutely unacceptable. First off, this never should have happened. Second, why the hell were they OK with giving the truck back to you after this was applied. And yes, it can lead to future issues. I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. Nothing about this is OK.

fyi- loaner vehicles are at the dealership's discretion. If you push, they will provide you with one.

There is a nationwide shortage of loaners due to airbag, seatbelt and insulation recalls.

Ford plays hands off with these types of issues. A good dealer service department is essentially what "we" all have to find.

I gave up on Ford service on my GT350 a long time ago. That experience is was drove me to back out of the Ford GT slot that I was awarded. Can't get a 70K car right? why in the world would I buy a $563K car from you?

This is also the reason why I haven't touched a thing on my raptor motor. My hope is that it lasts through the 100K warranty and if it goes after that, a V8 swap is in my future.

It sucks that you're going through this. I was without my 16 gt350 for almost 4 months. All because some knucklehead overtightened the drain plug on the trans at the factory. Cracked the tail housing on the trans right down the casting seam. 2 weeks for parts. 11 weeks for the stupid specialty tool required to replace the tailhousing. Ford would not send a new transmission under any circumstances. ( which the lead time on was 5 days.)

for reference - Im from a Ford family. I get Z plan pricing. Family member worked for Ford for 53 years. Cousin used to babysit billy ford.

I called ALL of the family and Corp contacts. No one did a freaking thing.

BUT, I LOVE my raptor. ( just like i LOVE my gt350.)

My current dealer takes stellar care of me. ( but I also buy a few commercial vehicles per year on top of any personal vehicles.)

Can confirm ****** service with my GT350. I did my first oil change at 1000 miles at home. Not a drop spilled easy peasy. Did it again at 5k miles st the dealership for warranty proof of maintenance. While driving home I could smell oil burning. Pulled over and saw oil dripping out of the bottom engine cover. No leaks they just spilled oil everywhere draining and filling. Did 7500 mile oil change at home again not a drop spilled. Went to dealer for 10k oil change and they said no more than an hour. Took 3 hrs because tech went to lunch with my car on the lift. Great cars but Focus/Taurus level of service.

Geez man. Its hard to keep the truck when i keep reading issues like this. I would hate to be stranded with my family somewhere. Let us know what happens. But damn 28 days? I stressed when they had it for 3 days.....

Too bad dealer couldnt take the transmission out of a new GT350 and put it in yours. Then the dealer should just send that GT350 back to Ford. 4 ******* MONTHS? Hell to the EFF no.. geez. How does anyone think any of this **** is ok?
