Doesn’t want to inconvenience the workplace

Doesn’t want to smear the dealers reputations or their sales

Wants adequate resolution to his issue which appears to be less of a priority than the aforementioned points.

In other words, you’re being entirely way too diplomatic. The “I’d like to have this fixed but only if there’s no hard feelings all around” approach doesn’t usually end in your favor.

Dealer is NYE ford in onieda ny. Not far from Syracuse. Sales man and manager were good dudes. Sales GM Dan shirtz was an absolute rude ****** bag! The clowns in what they call recon that didn’t spray off the salt before the undercoating suck ****! I wouldn’t let them work at Burger King. Good thing I paid 200 over invoice. Needless to say I won’t go back there for anything.

Just saw all of this, I hope all gets resolved, but definitely time to take a bit more aggressive approach. I will be taking a few days off work when my truck gets here to do a paint correction, clear bra, ceramic coating and undercarriage coating.
You live and you learn, just hope all goes well in the end. It's always worth spending the time to look for the right dealer and THEN seeing if they can get you the truck you want should things like this happen, you know you can work with them.
