Who knows what damage might happen down the road (sorry for the pun). I would want a NEW TRUCK.

glad no one was hurt.

It seems we hear about shit like this happening more and more....

My truck has 5K on it and if this happened to me and I survived the heart attack, I would tell them to give me a brand new truck.

That sucks man, glad no one got hurt! I avoid going to my 3 local ford places after idiotic screw ups like this. I had the oil change option and I went back and made them buy it back. Now I go to a great honest little local shop for most things. For what the dealers charge you'd expect premium service not this shit! Oh well.

Everyone makes mistakes, but not ones like that. That is a serious **** up. That guy should be fired. Someone could have gotten seriously injured or worse.

If they got any morals/values/ethics (whatever you want to call it) they’ll do the right thing and I believe they will be kissing your ass for long, long time. If not, file suit and then rename your stealership after yourself. At least until you have a f’d up employee that makes the same mistake with one of your future customer’s.

I'm not the type to sue anybody.I run a small buisness myself and understand human error, I hope they step up and do the right thing.
