I'd say as follows... You order a new tail light or pull one of a new truck while I watch.. they will say no of course so order a new one. 2 your going to take care of all maintenance as long as I own the truck.. and settle for nothing less. Otherwise I want a new truck with no damage.

get the Maintenance package covered. to safeguard against it showing up on CARFAX. and then just get another dealer to do the maintenance

why a pee test. its legal. that won't do shit unless they tested on the spot. duh
Thats what I’m referring to, it would be a post incident test if he there was any suspicions he was messed up at work which may have led to the incident. Won’t matter if a drug is legal, alcohol is legal too. Last time I checked you shouldn’t be drunk at work.

Someone in the thread was saying he should get fired for this, while he prob won’t, being messed up and causing the damage likely would!

gotcha thought you meant after the fact. not immediately. misunderstood ya. ya if under the influence during then he could lose his job for sure but only then. if not he'd not be driving another vehicle for an extremely long time.

Back in the '90's there was a car dealership in Hollywood that shared a driveway with an old URM (Unreinforced Masonry) office building. The employees used to park their personal vehicles against the wall and would occasionally find small pieces of plaster on them. One day, without any warning, the entire wall covering (from the 3rd story roof down) peeled off and tons of century-old brick, plaster, wood, glass & steel crushed their cars. Several were destroyed. The building was evacuated and those office employees lost their jobs. Compared to this, a scratch on a truck ain't that big a deal.

1 thing that bothers me is why is it that a dealer will protect the cars on the lot from having a tainted vin for damage incurred on their lot but when it comes to a customer's vehicle that one of their employees damage by whatever reason that the same care isnt taken to avoid a ding on the car fax?

To be fair, the backup system in the Raptor is not the best.

It takes entire too long to provide feedback as to how close I am to shit. Hence, why I never believe what I'm hearing when backing up and just use my own god given skills.
