Mine is just over a week old, almost hit 500 miles already.

+1 on factory or (dealership?) over inflating the tires. Mine were 51/52/51/53 PSI!

I ran 33/34 PSI in similar tires on a Wrangler, seems like this thing being 50% heavier (4K vs 6K) I took them down to 36/37 as a starting point and the ride is much nicer, less lane wandering too. I'v not noticed any difference in MPG, even after dropping ~15 PSI, but that is on a very new engine.

I am day 3 with the truck and loving it. My two cents- I prefer this engine way more than my 6.2. I think it feels like a V8 and pulls like a freight train with zero lag. My only complaint is the rear does feel like it wants to break lose a lot more than my 2014 and on uneven roads, even in a straight line, I'd almost describe the rear tires skipping under acceleration. I think I just have to get accustomed to the drive-train.

I also have a Gt4, S2000, 1970 Oldsmobile and a Q5S. I feel like this is just as responsive as the SQ5 and the steering for such a big truck is amazing.

No other point to this post but to say thanks for the help with the price as I used your insights as leverage.
I test drove mine at the dealer 1 month ago and left my FX4 5.0 truck there as I was hooked on the power of the Raptor. These things are bad ass for sure

Someone on hear said they fill them up to max psi from the factory on purpose. This prevents flat spots in the new tires from sitting on the trains for so long. I mean it makes sense to me. The dealer is suppose to do the pdi which is to set the tires psi to the correct pressure. I’m pretty sure 90% of the ford techs just take it out of transport mode and sign it off, hence everyone is 50 psi plus.

If your truck was delivered with 20psi than I think most of you guys would be **** as hell. It is better to over-inflate as some trucks could sit idle for months after leaving the factory. Every time I take delivery of a new vehicle, I always bring my tire gauge so I can set it to what I want before making the drive home. Much easier to let air out of a tire as oppose to finding air to inflate them.
