My Raptor is a 12 and was Ford Pre-Owned Certified with a the 7yr/100k drive train warranty. It was a street queen traded at the dealership it was originally purchased from and had been serviced by them. I purchased the extended b-to-b that is also 7yr/100k. From what I read here, the power steering pump is the most likely big ticket failure. I am sure some of the more experienced Raptor owners can chime in with other things to look for.
There are plenty nice used Raptors out there if you are patient. That would be my advise... be patient in your search.
