Customer service problems

I ordered a race series bumper from ADD with some customizations
it showed up 5 weeks later and was high quality fit/finish

I guess they can't seem to comment as I saw them viewing this thread earlier. Either they don't care or under going legal action with the OP. If so this thread should be closed until outcome. My .02.

I'd kinda like to hear what ADD has to say about this situation.....

I have a quote from them right now that's about 3k worth of stuff and customer service is important to me!?

They have worked out some issues not sure what I'm allowed to disclose but Shawn is now in charge of customer service and he is a great guy
