Customer service problems

Since I listed my issues earlier in this post I thought I would list the outcome. I got my bumper on the very last day possible to get it installed before the Snowball. There were some issues with mounting. It didn't fit quite right and took a good amount of work to get it mounted. Several of the bolts that mount the plates on the bumper were missing. That ended up not so bad. Since then (1 month on truck) I have replaced all the bolts as the ones they sent were very rusty already. I am going to have to either Line-x or have the bumper re powder coated locally by summer. There were bare spots when it arrived and they are rusting already.
All that said, I really like the look of the bumper. Would I do it again, can't say for sure. I have since seen similar bumpers from other companies that I like just as well. While I waited for my Raptor I could only picture it having the Stealth bumper. A lot of people compliment it.
Hopefully they get the customer service stuff worked out. I believe all the people I spoke to were very genuine. They just seemed overwhelmed and in need of some help and cooperation within their company.
One other note, they seem more interested in monitoring that other forum instead of this one. Guess it is easier to keep up with since there isn't much on that one. :)

I know you are pissed, shit I would be too...I will say calling out a lawyer is a last resort and honestly the only one who wins is the lawyer...ask me how I know?

I too can vouch for ADD and lack of customer care, I got to enjoy promises of delivery and then the product arrive late and be basically told after accepting a scratched bumper, no response and no return of my phone calls... They are quickly adding up to a giant zero...

I ordered my lights with my bumpers on October 5th and have yet to receive them Ice and I are on the same page

Well things have now been resolved and all I can say is that Shawn/Sean has been a god send in this process

I've been dealing with Sean on a Race series bumper order and everything has been good so far. Just have to wait till its made and shipped now
