Speaking of crappy service, I went to lunch at Arby's and the service was horrible. They didn't give me anywhere near the level of service I got at Morton's Steakhouse the other night. I'm never going back to Arby's because they don't treat me like Morton's.

Stay in school kids or this could happen to you

Don't worry be happy. Happy u mentioned the dealer was run by Indians. That alone is the answer to your problem....Get a new dealer mate!

Hm, that's strange. I'm Indian, own a couple businesses and they do well. Maybe I didn't get the memo that I should suck?

F-ing tool.

I am referring to the Asian Indians.
Maharaja no pun intended. Indians are really tough to do business with most of the time, and are cheap as hell in bargaining. Good for business but not for customer. Not all Indians of course. Indians happen to have the gurus of the world on the contrary. Smart SOBs! Just same way whites are the most dangerous people in USA (CNN-fake news). And blacks are thugs.
Not true for all but there is a little truth to it.

It is retarded to compare Ford service to Cadilac/Lexus/BMW. If you want premium service, you should buy a premium brand and pay premium prices for parts and service.

Thanks for showing us your true colors...

I could care less about getting a loaner when I take my Ford in for service. I pay cash for all my vehicles and houses, so I can afford to drive whatever I want. I do not need to drive a "premium luxury" vehicle to feel good about my truck choice.

If you think the GM dealer made more profit off my $43K Cadillac than the Ford dealer made off my $72K Raptor, you are sadly mistaken. Ford dealers could easily "afford" to provide a premium level of service for Raptor owners, but they have found we will continue to buy them without it, so why bother?

And no, I would never buy a Lincoln pickup or Navigator because they are chrome-ugly!

The Raptor is my first Ford, I’ve owned several Toyota trucks/SUVs and a BMW X5, from what I can see so far in my limited experience, Toyota seems above Ford in service experience. I waited for Toyota to produce a tundra that competed with the raptor but the TRD Pro really doesn’t come close IMO. I will reserve judgement until i do further servicing. I’d say $70k definitely qualifies for a “premium” truck, and the service experience should be first rate and I hope it will be

I'd say more prejudice than racist. But lets be real. Indians are typically some of the cheapest people on the planet, regardless of their net worth.

There is some truth to what Jaz is saying. I was inspecting a house for a guy that works at the BMW dealership. I was telling him what a horrible 5 hour experience I had at the ford dealer while trying to buy my truck. I said it's probably a different clientele going to a ford dealer than a bmw dealer and I was treated accordingly, he just laughed and agreed. He also said it's always a problem when people who previously bought chevy and ford come in and demand $15-20k off sticker price, it just isn't gonna happen. When we were looking at an escalade for the wife, the discounts were not on par with a tahoe.

All that is to say, we are all buying a "premium" vehicle at a discount dealer, generally speaking, and we get everything that comes along with buying a less than premium brand. It is what it is.

I just bought a ford extended warranty and purchased the rental car coverage so I can just drop the truck off and haul ass.
