I can't wait to see these. I know a couple of guys who were thinking along these lines, myself included. I personal like the "look" of the stock steps better than most of the sliders out there. However, I wish that I had more protection for when I go offroad.

To place the tank in the same location you need to shorten the aft seat track bolt; easily done.

You should drill a 1" hole in the slide so you can reach the drain **** on the air tank with a set of pliers. Would make draining the tank every month a bit easier than removing the whole skid.
