I've got a Hot Wheels Raptor I grabbed off of eBay that a kid had a field day with, and it looks just beat up enough for Baja. One day I'm going to swap its wheels out, add some spares to the bed, and totally outfit it like a trophy truck. There's a guy on YouTube that takes hotwheels and makes them RC cars. That would be a pretty cool final result if I have the patience—and more importantly, TIME—to build one. Once my son is a bit older, it would be something fun to do with him.
