I should've mentioned the oil pump gears in the first post, the oil pump going alone doesn't cause the engine to fail, the metal that then flows through the engine does, and they're a common failure and easily precautioned against with pre-build replacement, beyond oil pump gears and bad tunes, has a 6.2 had a major failure building power and at what horsepower did it fail
