It depends entirely on the market and interest rates. If the markets not doing well then you’re better off. Could dive into the numbers but everything’s hypothetical. Two years ago the market was doing horrible and it was definitely worth it when I did it.

My local CU has me approved 5.99/72 and 6.99/84. Which ain’t great.
