Sorry it’s the 2kw Propower. 2.3 and 7.2kw use the Powerboost hybrids electric motor as the generator.

I don’t know the specifics yet of the 2.0 propower setup. But I’m sure that’s just power off the alternator and battery.
Yeah, leave your gas guzzling 3.5 running while your wife blow dry's her hair, lol

Will the 2021 Gen 3 have the self steering feature of the 2021 F150?

From the prospectus in the thread "2021 Raptor info from my dealership", yes!

EQUIPMENT GROUP 801A
* ActiveDriveAssistPrepKit(2)

(2) Active Drive Assist is a hands‐free highway driving feature. The Active Drive Assist Prep Kit contains the hardware required for this feature. Software for the feature will be available for purchase at a later date. Active Drive Assist functionality expected in the 3rd quarter of 2021. Separate payment for feature software required to activate full functionality at that time.

my point still stands - those wanting 37s will order the 37 package, and then have the option to downsize to 35s if they want to. I suspect basically no one will, but the fact remains the optional 37s is a big deal.

Yeah, the HO 3.5 is an excellent engine. I'm not surprised it remains the baseline option, as it makes the most sense for this truck any way you slice it.

who says you can downsize once you check that 37” box? I didn’t see anything that suggested that. What I did see is that the shocks, their mounting points, & some other things were tweaked to accommodate the 37”s, but given these are also live valve shocks & the physical space which they’re contained is also altered, I wouldn’t be surprised if swapping sizes either way presents an issue

that being said...if they slap some lightweight 37”s on it & mpg ain’t too bad....my next raptor will be on 37”s lol

Physical space should be no obstacle, but shock tuning might be off if the computer expects a big heavy wheel and tire.

It's going to be one of those features where you don't if you're ever going to use it, but it's on every vehicle on the lot. I'm thinking, when it comes time to sell, I don't want that to thought of as a deficiency.

Same goes for the 37s. I get the feeling that 37s will be thought of as more valuable than the 35s. Of course, the recaro seats are going to turn a lot of people away.

I wonder whether the people buying used will even know the difference between the seats. Or whether the 37s are on it because it's the package or because someone "upgraded" it. I'm thinking that many won't.

Pro:
Next-gen Fox, 5-link rear with coils, multi-mode exhaust, big @ss infotainment screen.
Con:
No Scab !!!
I also do not love the way it looks, particularly the tall squared-off fenders and horizontal hood.
The Gen 2 just looks much better.

Damn I was really hoping for those fold flats lol
You got no idea how big of a change a 5 link system and Panhard bar is to the rear suspension. Infinetely better than leaf springs. Not even comparable. Moreover, everybody is hating on the V6. It has more power than most of you can handle so....

It's crazy that most people are not talking so much about this. They must not understand I guess. Then again I'm reading posts about people putting the lockers on in the snow and doing donuts at 60mph so it doesn't surprise me I guess. After reading on this forum for a year one thing I learned is never buy one of these used without an extensive warranty.

I'm very disappointed that the fold flats won’t be offered but everything else is.
