1. Raptor has way better resale
2. much cheaper maint than the BMW unless u need to replace suspension components.
3. in 2 years i got pulled over once and i was doing something stupid
4. it attracts lots of people and its mostly positive
5. yes i would still buy it. for u tho, u may want to look into a loaded ecoboost F150 from the sounds of your post. even tho the value of the Raptor is better....
6. i do use it for family vacation trips and its the best road trip vehicle we have owned. space is good, storage (have bed cover) is good, nice comfy ride, etc...

If your looking for a truck I would buy no other. This is the best on the market. Looks, performance and fun as hell to drive. But it is a truck. I love driving this thing period! The only time I looked this forward to getting behind the wheel was when I was a teenager and first got my license.
