Confused on truck height... Need some ideas on what to look for.

Ok thanks guys. Just wasn't sure what I needed to be looking for. I've been into sports cars for the last 15 years so there's a learning curve for me to figure out this "off road" stuff. And having bought this truck used in having to figure out what the previous owner has done. Thanks for your help and not blasting me to use the search button.
