Codes and Poor Running

Hello All, the wife is coming home today in the 2011 Raptor, she said it dropped in power (limp mode) rough running the dash started showing advace trac fault and decent control fault, check engine light on with 8 codes P0013, P0023, P0103, P0135, P0141, P0155, P0161 and P0443, i have looked. The codes up but i am lost on where to start. The battery is sitting at 12.5 volts and running at 14.2V

Check your 3rd brake light. I've heard those will leak and the water ingress will cause codes. was it raining when it happened?
