I just received my 1+ from nick at Apollo optics, thank you. I haven’t had time to install the intake, was able to load the 93 octane map this morning. Still has factory air box with K&N air filter. Drove to work this afternoon, the tune was noticeable. Pretty happy so far. Now I just need Cobb to release the downpipes. I’m also waiting for my SVC baja bumper with intercooler. Excited for stage 3

I see stage 3 is listed on Cobb’s website. When will we be able to buy downpipes? Any hp numbers with stage 3? I already have an SVC intercooler.

We're shooting to have DPs and the FMIC out in February. It doesn't look like the downpipes result in any power gains so we're not actually going to have a "Stage 3" package or map. They will be optional if you want to add them. They look good, give you a little more room for working, and make the exhaust note a little more raspy, but again, not much in terms of power there.

Kind of surprised downpipes aren’t netting much power!!! So stage 3 maps just need 1+ and intercooler? What should we expect to pay for the new map?

This has been known for 18 months.
There is power, however, in a well designed catback that must include a free flow resonator. 12 ponies are hiding there.

There are a few ponies locked up in the intercooler. Minimal gains from spd adapters once tuned.

Anything beyond that takes big bucks and big turbos.

The stock turbos aren't that big. The stock DPs flow pretty well. With that, DPs aren't big gain makers. As of now, there will not be a Stage 3 map. There will be a Stage 2 map that will require the FMIC. You should be able to run it with or without DPs. All of this is still in testing so it may change. There isn't any charge for new maps. They're available with a simple firmware update.

Any idea on pricing for the Stage 2? Will there be a TCM tune? Is there an update list we can get on for the FMIC (besides stalking y'alls Instagram and/or this thread)?

quick question, if I already have downpipes will it hurt the truck to run stage 1 maps? Basically will I be running lean due to the increased air flow?
