Hi All,

I f***** up and didn't know about the tire size needing to be 34.4 for CEL lights to not appear. Thus, I changed the tire size to 37, which I am running, then had to take the truck to the dealer so I uninstalled back to stock. I have the truck back now, flashed it back to Goosetunes latest map I was running, and now I am presented with CEL and the following codes.

- P05B0 : no description available
- P0630: VIN, tire size, axle ratio
- UO422: invalid data received from BCM

I tried searching for this issue and found a tip to reset the tire size back to stock (34.4) and it should clear the CEL. It didn't, and I'm wondering how I can get the CEL to go away now.

FWIW, the tune was from GooseTunes with mods in mind of Kooks Green Catted Downpipe and AWE 0fg exhaust. Purchased by previous owner, just picked up the truck last month.

Thanks in advance for the help. Learning a bunch here already in the last week!

Adding that I updated Cobb AP to the latest firmware. Any suggestions on how to clear these codes and the CEL?

Goose 1 to Goose 2. Thinking about replacing the stock IC, colder plugs and have Winfield update my stage 1 to stage 2. For those who have went this route, is there a significant difference? is it mostly up on top gains?

Big difference!! Stage 1 feels like a nice bump in power and stage 2 feels like a whole new truck, then if you mix E50 it’s time to hunt the mighty TRX. Lol. It’s well worth it.

So - dealer flashed the cam phaser and rough trans to the truck - no drama they gave no ***** about the mods which is good. When I got home and reinstalled the AP to the truck, I selected to install the trans and ecu. When it was done, it was only the ECU, had to also do the trans and it took a backup of each which takes forever. Is this normal? I thought it would get them both in one go but it did not. Anyway, truck is reflashed with goose so all good.

Then you have to fix the root of the issue...
You’re right. That’s what im looking for help how to do. One code has no description, one has vin, tire size, etc description and the other is about body control module.

I tried to get to the root of the issue by correcting tire size but that didn’t seem to do the trick.

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post for this.

Yeah mine had to back up both as well separately. Took a while.

I picked mine up a few hours ago and went to the gas station and mixed up my E50 and it also took forever to save the factory ECM and TCM, I had to do each separate also and don’t remember having to do that before.
