No Sir,

— Not Yet...

That’s just the prevailing information I’ve been getting as I research the topic. I don’t know that anyone has tested it before and after, but I think most of the talented shops feel that once you open up the intake, intake tubes, turbos, turbo flanges and new exhaust manifolds... that the amount of flow exceeds that of the stock cats...

I see the logic.... once you’ve gone that far... you’re trying to squeak out everything you can... so why not do a set of green catted down pipes?

Have you seen RPG'S Roush truck? I'm not a 100% sure but I think they slapped bigger turbos on that truck.
Here is an I.G post of him racing in the dry lake bed smoking 2 other Gen 2's lol

I also remember Goose tuning mentioning downpipes dont offer any performance just sound I guess, he said just stick with your stock downpipes.

Just curious why is there a drop in HP toward the upper RPMs? Not enough fuel? Turbos not big enough? Sorry if this was answered earlier I didnt look at all 80 pages lol

Friction in the engine is squared as engine speed increases. At a certain point the loss in friction overcomes the engine's power. That will be true in all engines.

Do you know how much the upgrade would cost? Nothing listed about it on the website
