What is the advantage of seeing your boost pressure on the fly by having the vent integrated OBD2 Multi gauge unit in my truck? I have never had a vehicle with Turbo's before.

Most people just like to have insight into how the truck is running. With the Accessport you can have up to 6 gauges at once, and you can change what you monitor on each one.
