so goosetune will take care of that or do I need someone or another shop to take care of what you mentioned if I go to the e85 route later on?

Yes, I can tune the XDI HPFP. You need special data, and they give their dealers/pro tuners the data.

I just received my final revision for e50 today as well. Now on to my 93 octane tune. Does anybody have a write up on changing the hpfp? I've watched videos on utube and it doesn't seem bad. I'm new to the accessport, do you turn off the fuel pump while idling?

MPT has a good write up. You can use the Accessport to pump out the fuel left in the tank to switch fuels

My google-fu isnt that good. Do you have a link to that write up? Is this procedure good to use when switching from e85 to 91 and back?

Pretty sure the write up was for the fuel pump install because mpt are dealers as well. Does turning off the pump before switching hpfp make the install less messy?

No it doesn't. Its not very messy to be honest. The low pressure side doesn't leak a whole lot of fuel out. Just have some rags ready and you'll be fine

Put the stage 1 Goose and Cobb TCM oem + on this week. Tuned this truck because of the numerous positive reviews on this forum. I already had a AFE intake installed, putting a intercooler (CVF Titan) on this weekend. I think I need to add a radar detector due to the ease of hitting and surpassing speed limits now.. very very peppy and smooth now. Data logging has not been done yet (doing after I install the intercooler). The stock exhaust note seems to have improved.. louder and more aggressive now, which is another benefit for me.
Thanks! FRF and tuners like GT.
