I'm so doing this unless someone has another way? I can never get mine "clean" and of I do use a harsh cleaner they hold the smell for days

Because of the damn salt everywhere in Michigan during the winter mine looked terrible, I hosed them down with simple green and then hit them with the pressure washer and they looked new. I never thought about the dishwasher this might be my new way, I have used it before for odd cleaning jobs.

My dishwasher is 5' tall, and of the organic, living variety. I don't know if she'd be up for this, but kudos to you!

I clean my weather techs by pressure washing them, spraying all purpose cleaner, letting them dry. Then to get them looking new, use some back to black plastic restorer on them and then wash the excess off after it sits. I then finish off with some tire shine to get them a shiny look. Works great every time
