Clarification on FordPass app and my 2017 Raptor

Hi all,

I have had my Raptor at the dealership for service since last Tuesday. It has now been one week later and I checked the vehicle details via the FordPass App and it says that it last updated Friday the 17th and 08:36 hours. Does that mean that they have not started my truck since last Friday at 08:36?

I'm not sure but if you remember the miles when you dropped it off you can compare that with what Ford Pass says. You could also compares miles to empty if you knew roughly what that was when you dropped it off.

I got mine serviced same day for a recall and it did not update in the FordPass app for about a week from what I remember.
