looks like the unit merely alters the voltage feedback on the charged pipes and wastegate which doesn't take care of the ECU's torque control maps, which is why people are seeing problems.
EVERY map/mode likely has safety-set parameters to protect against damage on overboost conditions, like other boosted cars. If these limiting tables aren't bumped up to accommodate the extra added power, you will get strange behavior as the ECU figures out its outside of the norm.

This does make sense and you probably right but what do u think about their statement for this problem?
They say our Ecu needs to adjust for the new parameters and we should give it 3-5 days for the ecu relearn.
Even after several weeks it continues to act the same.
I haven't read it anywhere yet but is ChipWerke suggesting we initiate or reset into "ECU Learn" mode?
If so, how does one even do that or is the ECU always "learning" and averaging out our driving habits?
