Hi all. My name is Julie. I have the 2014 Ford raptor. Love love love my truck. No real problems to speak of. However, at present my sunroof is stuck open. It makes a clicking noise and then sounds like it broke the glass. It might be off track...?... Not sure what to do with that. Thankfully I live in the desert...little to no rain. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have looked in the forum but only found fuse issue with sunroof. I do all maintenance myself, however, electrical kinda scares me.

Bummer on the sunroof. From your explanation, the culprit is most likely broken plastic pieces of the track. This happened to my 2018 while it was under warranty so I took it to the dealer who replaced the broken track.

You can likely get the parts and replace yourself, or bite the bullet and have a mechanic do the repairs.

Best of luck!

Welcome! It's likely that your sunroof track failed. This is a very common problem, especially for trucks in high heat environments. I replaced the track on mine with a kit from sunroof doctor that cost about $110. It took me 5ish hours all in, so it's not a quick process but it's also not difficult. There's a very thorough video on youtube that walks you through all the steps.

Welcome to the place. Congrats on a beautiful Gen 1 Raptor. You can do this repair yourself, get the parts and take your time removing the trim. Post pics of the repair.
