This has been discussed before but I just want to add one more voice to this. *DO NOT* buy the Mishimoto Raptor radiator. My first one started leaking from the driver side end about six months after I bought it. I had to pay some ungodly amount to ship it back to them and then have them ship me a new one. Now the second one is leaking from the very same place. These radiators are absolute rubbish. I am going to make the switch to Full Race and see if I have any more luck.

Full Race are good, but if you really want to maximize your cooling go with a CBR or Ron Davis.

@Gumby As far as the transmission cooler goes, the ford F250 cooler fits the stock RaptoR location perfectly. The only modification needed is to trim about 1"-2" off the top hose.

$1700+ is quite a bit to swing for a radiator that could get taken out by a rock... Not sure I am willing to part with that much coin for it. But thank you everyone for the advice!

Maybe have a welding shop try and run a good thick cap bead on that thing. Better yet have them weld the **** out of it. Better than eating it altogether.

I’m going through the Mishimoto ordeal now. A year and half after installation it starts leaking. I’m disappointed as I have been a champion for these guys and have multiple other Mishimoto radiators, oil coolers, intercoolers, and use their sandwich plates and oil/fuel fittings. I’ve never had an issue and now for some reason it seems they can’t make a good Raptor Gen1 radiator? So far the warranty claim is going well but they actually suggested they would send me K-Seal as an option??? I know they mean well to help get me on the road faster but I told them no no no absolutely not adding a bandaid product to my truck and warned them about offering this as a solution to others. Just replace the radiator I don’t care if it takes longer. Man I’m not confident I won’t be replacing this again but I paid $712 for it and don’t feel like spending that or more again. I’m gonna give them the benefit of the doubt this once as they have been a good brand in the past at a least to me. We’ll see. In the meantime yes what a PITA it is to remove and reinstall radiators in these trucks ‍♂️
