It's as tall as the radiator core and probably the same width as the stock T cooler and would snap into the stock T cooler mount if the ears were cut off the tanks.

Because of the size, it would just bash the condenser and pop loose if you did that.

The stock T cooler would have to be below the fan flow if relocated. So now I'm thinking shift the big cooler to the side and find a low buck off the shelf cooler for the PS that is the right size/shape to fill in the rest then fab up mounting.

I've decided to drop the stock trans cooler below the 6.0 cooler. It will still be a huge improvement over the stock PS cooler that is part of the condenser and blocked off from airflow by the radiator support.

Right? And would still about double the P/S capacity even without the puny stock one. Behind bumper would work great as long as you don’t have a winch there or something.

I also found a better option for the plug in the pan. A pan with a plug.

$35.99

Motorcraft filter for $23 and a bunch of Motorcraft LV.

So when I go to take my old pan off I'm just going to drill a small hole where this one has a plug to make it less messy.
