I am interested in how these are holding up after a few off-road sessions? Any input on that?

I've had no issues with mine. The 40" behind the grill is a cheapo. So are the 10 duallies on the bumper. The lower ones in the bumper are real deal Rigids. I can't tell the difference between any of them.

Tuff Stuff 20" light bar and dually lights. With 3 young kids I had to do this over the course of 2 weeks....a little bit at a time. I found connecting the upfitter switches the easiest and getting those duallys in the bumper openings a pain in the ass. Used switch 4 for the light bar, switch 3 for the spots and switch 2 for the floods. I ended up taking the bumper off, taking off the metal structure brackets and then removing the bumperettes to drill the holes for the 20" cradle. Really wasn't all that bad but I had to adjust the bumper a few times so the duallys would fit in their properly. Was definitely worth it as these lights are bright and carry an 18 month warranty.

Do you have any close up pix/detailed instructions of how you mounted the 20 inch light bar? I'm trying install one that I got from Amazon and I really like your setup, any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

I saw there was a huge sale on truck and winch for the tuff stuff light bars and I was just wondering how far do they throw the light? I'm looking to get the double 40in performance one. Will that give me distance much farther than the high beams? Also can it mount behind the grill? Thank you.
