Next truck. I’ll keep this one at the “bolt on” status.Next you'll be doing a roll cage!
I’m actually running .160. I have to use a thick wall to avoid kinks in the bends since I’m not using a mandrel benderAre you using .120 wall?
What's your tube diameter and CLR? Who's bender are you using?
1.75” tube. It’s 6” clr...harbor freight brand 12 ton bender haha notching with a pipe master template and an angle grinder with a cut off wheel. Which I feel more accomplished with as “anyone” can program a bender with bendtech and notch on a plasma notcher...what’s the fun in that! Kidding just jealousWhat's your tube diameter and CLR? I know this is still hard work and I can only dream of finding time to do this , but isn’t tweaking it more fun? So my comment is; I’m liking the flow and contour of your attempt to match the cab and all, however, if it were me, I likened to add a couple of small bends and go a small section below the rear lights and just above the sliding window.

I 2nd that, would like to see your *****-ups, lolGood on you for working with what you've got! If you get a chance to post up some pics of failed bends do so, you should be able to bend 1.75 x .095 on a 6.0 CLR w/out mandrels.
