Good on you for working with what you've got! If you get a chance to post up some pics of failed bends do so, you should be able to bend 1.75 x .095 on a 6.0 CLR w/out mandrels.

Fortunately I have been bending on these HF benders for a good while. I don’t have many f-ups laying around since I’ve got it dialed in. The biggest issues I’ve run into in the past is too thin of a wall so the bend kinks, or twists in long radius bends. Fun fact you can bend big radius bends with this thing 1” x 3 pumps at a time haha that’s how I did my bumper and the light bar.
