Yeah, check your tires. Feathering, cupping, uneven wear. You can usually diagnose alignment/front end issues just by looking at tire wear.

Check the bushings on the lower control arms, check the wheel bearings.

Most common cause of front end clunk is sway bar end links. Just remove one, drive it. If the noise goes away you know at least one of the end links is toast. You can do it with the truck on the ground.

The only other clunk issue with these trucks is greasing up the yoke on the rear driveshaft, be sure to put the driveshaft back in the exact same spot on the rearend housing. (mark with chalk or comparable). I think you have it covered otherwise.
