CF sliding console door not sliding

I think a wire or something is preventing the door/cover from sliding. I have to push down and assist it forward in to the closed position.
Anyone else had this problem?

had that same issue, dealer fixed it under warranty.

Only seen those issues due to non warranty concerns. People spilling drinks and the tracks become sticky or people putting too much stuff in that compartment and jamming it. Haven't seen a real warranty concern yet.

Thanks, I will get it fixed when I get my first oil change. It has been like that since the day I picked it up at the dealership.
