I run a collision center and i took the front console and radio control panels apart to hide some wiring for dash cam. as previous caller said, unless the card is valuable let it go. these parts are as tight or tighter than most dashboards we have ever needed to disassemble and you run risk of damaging the carbon fiber finish/decal.

Check your kitchen drawers for an off set icing spatula - should slide in and be able to snag the card

Try an air gun as it might reflect the air off the back and force the card forward.

I had exactly the same thing happen to me. Remove the glove box...it's easy...then reach around behind it. You'll need small hands though

Update: it found its way out after having it opened and driving normal. This would of sucked if it was a debit card or something like that.

Yes, it is Chic-fil-a gift card. Almost worth going in for haha.
