GEN 1 Catalytic converters

My 2011 raptor just threw a 420 code. ( inefficent catalytic converter). Has any replaced their cats with aftermarket ones. Engine is stock with no tune.

Honest question. When was the last time you did your spark plugs? Also, what fuel are ou using? I had a Pickup (not my Raptor) have a 420 code right around when it was due for plugs, replaced em and the code went away. Also was using 91 in it.

When my Y-pipe broke, I replaced it with a Bassani Y-pipe without cats. No regrets, I don't live in an area that does emission inspections nor do I give half a shit about "global warming". I do have a little drone now, but no big deal.

Just another possible option for you.
