Not too much love here for Oxford White so I'm going to explain why I like it so. First and foremost, it doesn't look dirty...even when it is. Second, the Raptor has no chrome but a ton of black (and dark grey) trim pieces. The darker paint colors hide things like the hood vents, door handles and other pieces of black trim. White just highlights those things and really makes the truck as a whole stand out. To me, the truck looks like a freaking space ship with wheels. Finally, while not a big deal, this is a big ass truck (even the SCab) so I'm not looking to be sticking out unnecessarily to anyone. That includes over zealous law enforcement types.

White is a very classy color on vehicles where the trim or body style is accentuated. I remember a few years ago driving through Wyoming where it seemed that every truck on the road was white. Kind of weird actually but those cowboys must know something. Anyhow, to each his own. I just wanted to speak out for a color that isn't on the top of most peoples list.

I typically prefer black vehicles, but white absolutely pops on a Raptor. The contrasting black/dark gray trim pieces, graphics, and contours of the body are highlighted the best with white.

Besides, a white Raptor is easily identifiable, on or off the construction site...but a black Raptor, well it just blends in with every FX4 rollin on 35's :biggrin::biggrin:

I am so glad I am colorblind. My wife chose Ruby Red, and I think it is black. We both got the color we wanted.

I expect a camo would sell like hot cakes.

Mudblood - did you get your Raptor yet? I know it needed some body work after it showed up at the dealer. Just wondering if you have gotten to enjoy the beast yet.........
