Can i get an opinion on running -18 offset with 35inch wheel and tire (2023 35)

You'll be way outside the fenders. Most people here are 0 to +25 on a 8.5 wheel.
Wheels that size will negatively affect just about every driving aspect.
Acceleration will be slow, braking distances greater, lower mpgs, road feel harsher...
If you're going for the look then you shouldnt rub since your wheels will be in a different zip codes.

My opinion is you should get wider fenders or it will look like ignorance of offsets.

With 20s there’s no chance it would just look more like a baja racer. Maybe w 17s of the right style it would.

Unless you run 33x20 and then it will be obviously on purpose like those California guys… but look ******* stupid on a raptor.

Doubt it will rub under normal use. I run a 0 offset and wouldn’t go into the - range on a truck like this.
