Ford told me to let mine continue to rattle and blow apart. That way, I can get a new engine. Not sure how that really helps because it will just happen again.
You don't even own a Gen2 Sasquatch, you own a Chevy.

Sir, I'm not sure what is going on with your dealership but I brought my truck in on 25 March for them to check out. They did two cold soak starts, diagnosed the issue and returned the truck to me. I dropped it of this past Tuesday morning and picked it up this morning. New timing belt, cams (phasers) and tensioners.

Ahh, we have those parts. My motor ate itself and still waiting on new rockers to complete the rebuild.

I applied for a buy back/exchange two weeks ago. Customer service called me me Tuesday after a week wait to ask me one more question and said they’d call back in another week with the decision. Maybe I’ll see a truck again by August at this rate.. this will be my last ecoboost vehicle.

My 2018 raptor with 46K miles is currently having a phaser problem.

Is dealer covering under warranty? If they give you a hard time of being over 36k miles, throw in that they should cover under emissions warranty.

That will again fail. The guy here working on the fix has new parts coming that will fix what Ford has not been able to do.

How do you explain all of us that have the issue? Ford knows it's a problem since they tried changing parts, changing tunes, and no luck. The guy here working it has a fix. Should not be a problem after that BUT, still a pricey fix for something that should not have been that way from the start.
