I may have read over it. But what dealership? It’s nice to give credit where credit is due. And also for locals to go into a dealership/service department from a credible positive outcome

Bell Ford in Phoenix area. Granted, it was an internal (fleet) tech department which performed the job. They have a separate service shop that handles customer’s vehicles.

Either way, everyone at the dealership from sales to finance to service have been very friendly and responsive.

I will give credit where credit is due, just got my Cam Phasers done for the 2nd time under warranty at Goesch Ford in Temecula, top notch service.

I took it in for rear end noise and cam phasers. They replaced the ring and pinion and all bearings and seals along with the cam phasers. Got all done, they heard something else, and then replaced all front end bearings on both sides as well, never even ask, just did it.

Picked truck up at 6pm on Wednesday night, left for Baja at 6am Thursday morning. 800 miles (300 in dirt) and truck is still perfect.

Everything done under warranty, I paid $0.
