You would think they care?

Why wait until you get your truck?

I've filed a complaint with Ford, you might as well put that complaint inside a balloon and let it go. You will have better luck with someone finding it and reading it than thinking Ford Motor Company will read it and give a shit.

Whether they will do anything is up to them, still going to do it.

File a complaint for a dealer not selling below MSRP...sounds legit. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

I don't think that is really the issue. It's having a signed purchase agreement and deposit made where both parties signed it. Then for one party being the dealership, change their agreement like they never signed anything. Has nothing to do with pricing from MSRP either way, its the principal of the general agreement.

Personally I think Louisburg is completely in the wrong and he has a valid complaint but based off my experience when filing a complaint with Ford (and even GM for that matter), they just don't care enough to do anything against a dealer that is buying their product and that is why I said a complaint is hot air in a balloon.

So why are you waiting then? Do you really think they will find your order with another dealership and decide not to build your raptor because you created an issue against another dealer?

And if you look and READ your agreement with Louisburg, take another look at number 9 where if you have any claim or dispute with the Purchase Agreement, then you both agreed to deal with it with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and you will pay 1/2 of the fees. Ford is going to do jack shit because of that part of the agreement and tell you to take it to AAA.

They returned the deposit. Not much you can do. At least they called and were straight forward with guys so they could get orders in elsewhere. If they waited until the truck was in stock maybe Ford might do something because Ford could make a point the dealer was deceiving customers to get around their allocation.

People make mistakes and the dealer was making assumptions without all the info. Can't blame them 100%. They were upfront and honest about what happened and are losing orders because of it. That's a standup company if you ask me.

Congrats! Thought Louisburg was one of the dealers charging $10K over sticker but it sounds like they are doing "retail" orders for $50 over invoice. Very cool. Hopefully the thread for "invoice dealers" will start to populate a little now that people are starting to place orders. Good stuff!

yeah it feel through, go back a bit and see that I updated this.

Louisburg Ford has reneged on there written agreements for $50 over invoice, even if you put a deposit. I was one of them and once i get my truck that i re-ordered from Team Ford in Vegas i will file a complaint with Ford Motor Company. Hopefully they get more than a few complaints.

They never even charged my deposit.

I have a written agreement and gave them a deposit! That is LEGIT!

Ok so you file a complaint. Do you really think they are going to be forced to sell you a truck at that price? No they won't.
They can easily say all their raptors are contracted already or whatever.

I understand your frustration, you know I do, but just seems like a wasted effort to me.

They didn't loose any orders? Other dealers are trying buy them and mark them up! so they are going to just mark them up themselves. If i cancelled my truck i would loose my $1000 deposit, if they cancel it is being honest? Look not trying to cry about this but i feel they screwed people and its a bad way to do business.

I don't really think they will do anything, but if one of my employees was ******** up i would want to know and correct them, its just how i do business.
I am very fare and honest with ever one!

"Golden Rule" its in the dictionary.

@SOAKINRED

Read your agreement with Louisburg, section 9. If you want to file a dispute deal with American Arbitration Assoc as you agreed when you signed it.
