This is an interesting bumper idea...does it work with the tailgate on?

It does not it extends the bed about 15" allowing you to put longer items in bed ie. dirtbikes and utvs. To make it work with the tail gate it needs to sit a lot lower. The one pictured is flush with the bed. It also removes your stock hitch and has one Incorporated.

Here is another option, Haven't heard many speak of them but have seen Hammerhead bumpers mentioned in another thread. Like the sold, clean look of them. Requested info on vent size in order to see if dually's would fit- looks like they pro will.
