Its what I do Ryan, but on with your internet story. If you are going to be a fiction writer get a different forum
Dude I've been involved with the off road desert game for 20 years, so stop with the BS. Taking apart springs is perfectly fine I have no clue where you get your info from.

What I'm talking about is you saying to never take apart the leaf springs, its perfectly fine to do so if you want or need to. As for towing and using the hydraulic bump stops well that's just strange but hey if they designed their kit for it.

What? Where did you get your info from? Thats false

I believe he was taking about the ICON spring pak has to be taken apart to add or remove leafs to match what your using the truck for...another words add a leaf for towing, but now you are stuck with more spring then you need for off roading...and of course you would have to now go to all that work to remove that extra leaf...

That's what the Icons were designed for. To take apart and put back together with the leaf setup that matches what you are doing. I still dont get what he was talking about.

It has been wrote and talked about a lot on here. You get a 4 inch bump stop. You put an extension on it or adjust it down, depending on system to your ride height you want. You put enough nitrogen in bump stop to carry the load. You then have 4 inches of travel on your suspension.

Well I'll just speak only for myself....of course anybody can take apart the spring paks and add or remove leafs as needed. But for me, and I'm sure many others don't want to have to go thru all that every time you are either towing or desert running...And not really a big fan of running longer bumpstops either...
