Just cause your in Michigan means nothing “blend date” 8/23, “built date” 11/15, STILL waiting to ship…..so Michigan….not so much.
Not related to timelines for building, but the actual time to ship. Some of the Granger guys seem to get it in a few days versus down here it can take 3 weeks.

No... not easy to get the dealer to move away from his system access, approach. He uses vehicle visibility through his inventory screen. But it appears to be adequate and current against other updates... but lacking specifics I am aware of that he is not and can't access or see. I do know I am and have been in this status; In Transit--Received--Ramp 46, Albany NY... since at most 11/3... which is the last update. ETA was 11/15-11/21. ETA has been 11/16-11/22 then 11/5-11/11 then to 11/15-11/21. FORD CS, FORD Marketing, Dealer all have that last status with a blank ETA disposition. FP has the word 'Hold' in ETA disposition. Ford marketing ( case manager) is now saying ETA is 11/25-12/1 but they looked through every status update and do not see a hold anywhere documented. Honestly, I just want to know why the ETA has jumped around 4 times and if no hold... why does it sit besides some trivial reason and what is the reason. I have also located the railyard and tried to contact them and also view the lot... but doesn't seem to be live and noone will speak to me. I have been keeping tabs on your plight... maybe your dealer can plug my vin and see more details... I am reaching obviously... anything more at this point will be useful. I basically sold my truck too soon is all and may need to buy vehicle before it arrives or I lose rate or need to apply again and am in analytics and my IT mind is blown by the availability of information... yet those who can and should access are lost... so I love digging into data.. but am stuck. Was told once I get shipped should be good... but its been put off for two weeks already. So I just keep seeking more logical explanations while I wait.
Just messaged him and he said that he can only view the actual location of his orders. Ford chat gave me the railcar number before my dealer, maybe they can give it to you?

That is so frustrating. I was given info about mine moving from my dealer's tracking but then when I call UP with the railcar it's in the same place as Sunday.

Much appreciated! I will continue to extract as much intel as possible and share. I feel this would be helpful as already proven. I'll continue to observe also... others across different forums are starting to take delivery of the latest trucks recently ordered. It will happen to any of us either way unless the decision is to no longer chase and spend. So... so many drawn in by the current state of vehicle purchasing and the process and stages and updates and indirect accessibility... yet they continue to limit, discourage or bury excitement by these constraints in the flow and deflects. We will continue to crack these codes on what is left to be known before taking delivery. Thanks again.

That's the issue I'm seeing currently, though. The old and proven ways to track the progress are not reliable. Ford's system is not reliable. We can get an overall progression from checkboxes that are completed, but there is the possibility of HUGE gaps in that progress at nearly every stage, especially with the Raptor.

We have the issue of a true allocation and your order getting picked up, essentially just going on your salesman's word for months. Then you have actually getting a build day. From there, "in production" can be months and months or days. The stage between "built" and "shipped" can also mean months. There is a guy on g14 that has been in that phase for 8mo. Now you're in some limbo in what used to be the reliable "under 20 days" in transit phase.

Oh I agree... not reliable at all. And, those gaps are a big deal to the consumer. For example, what did happen to the 20 days contractual delivery timeline? Definitely current issues through and through. Need time, money and resources to combat directly. Until then any grass roots efforts and brainstorming is greatly appreciated by me to address those gaps with data and furthrr details. My current gap is Ford shipped the truck by rail to an Albany, NY (Mechanicville NY) railyard. So its In Transit. Which this location is known as Pan AM Southern | Norfolk Southern. From there I suspect it's just a transport carrier 80 minutes to MA dealership. My questions are -- Who are the carriers? What is the transport schedule to MA? Any delays posted anywhere? What is the transport protocol for said carrier as far as how many units minimum and how long to load and go to drop? Shipment email goes to dealer informing them.... what do I expect from that artifact? This is what I am trying to crack at this stage. That's assuming it's not on a hold by Ford. The VVR is adequate to provide supplemental details to your current status history as to any of the above including the usual; Primary/Secondary/Location/ETA Start/ ETA End/ ETA Disposition columns. They just need to do a better job at providing realtime updates and train the reps to be transparent and accountable. Dealers muddy this up and seek any advantage to play into before the actual sale and Ford doesn't feel this detailed info is relevant to you. If someone can remedy this chain... they will be king.

I understand, Ford relies on the trucking/rail companies. This whole process has been frustrating. I’m sure they are waiting on a truckload to go north, but who knows. ‍♂️

I was 10/24 build week and 10/25 blend. Tracker still has mine in production. Spoke to FP and they said mine is still on parts hold; ETA December 1-7. Hopefully the status changes soon. Just hope to have it by end of the year.

My delivery estimate is Dec 8 and it already shipped. Don’t know how they would justify a Dec 1-7 eta for a truck on chip hold

I’m assuming it’s not a chip and some other part. Did your tracker reflect it build??
My last ETA I received was November 15-21, and that came and went, so I contacted FP and got the December range. Not sure what to make of it at this point.

Your guess is as good as mine.

I’m in NJ, an hour from NYC, so I assume, once my truck gets shipped (once it’s completed); it shouldn’t be long afterwards.

Sounds like they are slowing getting trucks done from our build week(10/24).

Just got an update where they bumped eta back to 12/11.
